One-on-One Online or In-Person Consultation

A session with İlker Çağlayan lasts approximately one hour.
İlker first listens to you and asks questions about your lifestyle, current eating habits, and goals.
Based on your condition, goals, and lifestyle, a personalized roadmap is created.

This roadmap includes:

  • Customized nutrition

  • Personalized exercise plan

  • Mindfulness practices

  • Mental exercises

  • Daily helpful routines

  • Recommended medical/lab tests (if necessary)

Depending on your needs, follow-up sessions can be held weekly or bi-weekly.
For some people, a single session may be sufficient. However, most clients understand what to do after 3–4 sessions.
If needed, blood tests may be requested for evaluation by functional medicine doctors.
The fee for a session is ₺7,500.

The program includes:

  • An initial online or face-to-face session where a tailored roadmap is created (covering nutrition, fitness, and daily routines)

  • The client shares everything they eat daily, along with exercises and practices, via WhatsApp

  • You can ask İlker questions or share problems anytime during the day (e.g. what to do when hungry, how to eat out, how to bounce back after a cheat meal, what to buy at the market, how to eat while traveling, etc.)

  • Weekly online or face-to-face follow-up sessions

  • This program is an intensive educational experience incorporating many practical methods developed by İlker, including nutrition, movement, awareness, and mental exercises
